"Holding on and Letting Go"

How is it possible to regain a sense of well-being when suffering from a significant loss? I find that grief is an emotion that never disappears entirely. Instead, it ebbs and flows like an ocean wave. Sometimes it is hard to find the balance of holding on to memories and letting go of pain.

As the days turn colder and the nights grow longer, many traditions honor ancestors and loved ones who have died. You are invited to bring a photograph of a loved one who has died for our Altar of Memory.
