A native to Upstate New York, Robin graduated from the University of Rochester in 2006 with a B.A. in Psychology and Religious Studies. Robin has been a member of First Unitarian, Rochester since she was an undergraduate, discovering a call to ministry while working at the Mount Hope Family Center in Rochester, NY.  After she graduated in 2006, Robin moved to Cambridge and began attending Harvard Divinity School, after which she plans to pursue community ministry working in congregations as well as counseling centers exploring spirituality and wellness.

For the past year she has worked at the First Parish in Malden, Universalist in Malden, MA.  In addition to her current work at First Church, Boston Robin is also working with the Unitarian Universalist Association of Congregations in the office of Ministry and Professional Leadership assessing the various ways in which our movement can better support community ministry. 

Robin’s focus, as a Ministerial Intern, will primarily be preaching and worship as well as social justice.  She is eager to learn more from this teaching congregation over the next two years becoming a part of the life of such a caring and committed church.
