Budget Committee

The objectives of the Budget Committee are:
- to solicit expense budget proposals from staff and committee chairs as related to their areas of responsibility;
- to review projected income from society sources, including annual Canvass and other society revenue sources;
- to work with staff and committee chairs to draft a budget with expense matched to income;
- to review the above tasks and to develop and recommend a balanced budget to the Standing Committee for review and approval.
